After you have opened your BIG wave, Choose File then Properties then click Convert Now.

You should now set the Format
and the Attributes as shown here. If you don't have the MPEG Layer-3 codecs, try updating your Windows Media Player. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/ Say OK,
then OK again, then listen to it. |

DO NOT SAVE, do a SAVE AS instead. Now you are ready to
"Save As" your NEW
FILE using a NEW file name. |

Very
IMPORTANT ! Save AS using a NEW file name and location of your choice. NOTE! Your new wave has been compressed and as such, will not be editable to a new format. But by doing Save AS, with a NEW name, you preserve your original BIG wave for conversion or editing again and again. If you are viewing details you will see how much smaller your new wave actually is.
